I want to wish everyone in the USA a very Happy Thanksgiving! I am so thankful for so many things. One of the things I am thankful for is my scrap booking community. I love the camaraderie, the inspiration, the fun, I just love it all! So as a thank you I want to offer a blog candy giveaway.
As you probably know if you follow me, I am on the Design Team for Crafter's Companion. When I first joined their team they sent me one of their Ultimate Tools. ReplyDeleteI have been a follower for awhile and I've posted this on my blog!! What a wonderful candy! I am thankful for my recent weightloss!! It has given me my life back and my boys a mother who can run around with them and be more active!! I'm also thankful for my boys, without them, I would be very lonely!!! ReplyDeleteHey Girl! Happy Thanksgiving! I am sure you are having an amazing time with your family! We had a wonderful dinner and My Mom and I hit the road to score some deals and Micheal's! We had a lot of fun and spent two hours walking up and down the isles laughing and joking! I got some ribbon, brads, paper packs and scored and E2 for 199! But I had to hide it under the X-mas tree! Can't wait to bust it open... Do you think anyone would notice if I opened it and slide my old expression inside instead??? Ha that would be funny! Have a great night! We are leaving to go camping... ReplyDeleteHi Stacy, you know I totally missed your blogcandy (shame, shame....). I have so little blogtime these days that I miss quite a few posts here and there and this one is one of them. Fact of the matter is that I'm at home sick right now, and since I have no energy for anything else, all I do is sit behind the computer for a little bit and try and catch up, so here I am. Anyhow, you want to know what I'm grateful for? Well, I've been having my mammograms for a couple of years now, and this year I think was the 3rd time for me. Now all around me it seems friends are getting the bad new and are suffering from breast cancer, and I must admit that this year was the first time I was really anxious and worried about the outcome. Now stupid me thought that you would receive a letter only when there was bad news, so when my hubby told me last week there was a letter for me, my world collapsed, only to find out after I had opened it that I was fine! But for a moment there I actually felt what every woman who does get this awfull message must feel. I am fine and for that I am grateful, but I feel for all the women that are going through this unfair fight right now, especially those that are close to me, one of which is fighting a loosing battle. Sorry this is not a cheerful comment, it just struck me when you asked what I am grateful for. So never mind the terrible cold I am having right now, I do moan, but I shouldn't..... Hugs, Frea

ReplyDeletewhat sweet candy Stacy :) I am increasingly thankful that my hubby and I both have jobs in this economy - we are struggling but not homeless and that is truly a reason to be thankful. I am thankful for my family and for my hubby's family and that we are all mostly healthy including his 101 yo grandmother - so thankful for each special moment we get to spend with her. Thanks for being so sweet!
