Here is Frea's Giveaway!!
They had to stay very still until someone pushed their "button" and then they would give a little speech about their person. My poor daughter was on the end and pretty much everyone either started with her or ended with her. She was talking the whole time!! LOL
I really have to share one of the funniest things I have seen lately. One of the girls down a bit from my daughter was portraying Maude Frazier. And these are the photos she had on her board....
LMBO! She used photos of the character, "Maude" from The Golden Girls and the Maude show!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is a close up.
There were a couple of other "missteps" but this was the most hilarious one! No one said anything to her at all. They just praised her, which I loved!!
I made a card yesterday for my Sketches4All card challenge. My challenge was to use a lovely Pagemap's sketch.
Here is the Pagemaps sketch I chose.
Here is what I came up with as my example.
I used some Bo Bunny- papers and embellies. I pulled some bakers twine and Diamond Stickles from my stash. Sorry the photo is a bit crooked. I took the photo outside and it was really sunny and I had to take the photo from the side because I kept getting my shadow on the card!
Here is it laying down open. You know how addicted I am to making easel cards! LOLI am going to enter it:

That is so funny! Olivia looks so cute in her judge's robe. I love your Easel card too. Fabulous layering :)
ReplyDeleteOH that is awesome way for your daughter to learn about famous people in history. mitch did that one year for missouri. he was dick van dyke; they didn't do the wax museum thing but did stand around telling people about dick van dyke when people came up to him. he was shy and nervous then; hard to believe he gets up in front of lots of people now with speech and debate and isn't nervous at all.,
