Hey everyone,
I found out yesterday that I get to have an unexpected surgery tomorrow morning....!! It is an issue related to my surgery in October and needs to be taken care of now.
If all goes well, I will still have my hysterectomy next Friday the 21st. So my blogging will be sporadic the next few weeks. If I am feeling well, I will get online but if not...I won't. So hopefully you will be hearing from me.
I am planning to have a few posts scheduled to post while I am out of it. So keep coming by and checking things out.
Good news...
Today my 3 year old went to school for the first time!! And she did a great job and seemed to have had a good time.
It was hard to leave her (even though she is the 5th kid I've gone through this with!). ha I walked with her to her classroom and once we were in there and she saw the toys....she was good to go. I kissed her goodbye and told her I would be back soon and left. She looked at me worriedly but no fits were thrown that I am aware of!! ha
Here are a couple of pictures that you will see again as soon as I can get back to scrapping...but I thought I would share them with you now too.
Don't forget that there is BLING ON 2011 going on at Sketches4you. My challenge is posting late tonight and will end on the 19th of January. So be sure and check it out. I would love for any and all of you to participate!! Bling On 2011 has been super fun so far!! And lots of fun prizes so check it out.
I hope all goes well with your surgery! Hope your sweetheart enjoys school! I'll be thinking of you all day tomorrow!!!! Good luck!

Aww, she's so cute! I'm a preschool teacher, and I'm sure she did have a wonderful time. Now she knows that you will be back to get her everyday she won't worry. I hope you will be better soon and that the rest of the year will be full of good health for you and your family!
ReplyDeleteI'm rooting for you to have a quick and healthy recovery. Loved reading about your little girl and her first day -- what is it about toys that makes everything alright at three? My DS has been the same way.
