DENISE MADE TOP TEN!!

My BFF, Denise from Lalasworld Blog made it to Round 4 in the Practical Scrappers layout challenge!!  TOP TEN!!  WOO HOO!!  I'm sure it is partly from some of you voting for her.  I would LOVE it if you would pop over and check out her project and if you love it as much as I do vote for her! (Click HERE)

How can you not love this layout??!!!

I've been very, very busy today.  Had a Fun Run and Pancake Breakfast at my daughter's school this morning then off to a full afternoon of Lacrosse.  Then off for birthday present shopping for my daughter who is turning 10 on Monday.  Finally we finished up with an early dinner out.

When we got back home I was so tired I laid down on the couch in the living room and fell fast asleep!! lol  I'm so lame!!  But now I am up and refreshed and raring to go.

I have two DT projects due tomorrow...(oh dear...ha)  So I guess scrapping is in my near future.  How about you?  Do anything fun today??  Any big Super Bowl plans??

I will leave you with a photo of the birthday girl cheering this morning before the Run. And a photo of my 3 olders kids after they finished the Fun Run.

  4. You're so right Stacy, I cannot not love this layout, it's gorgeous. Love the flowers you put in, great job. Thanks for your comment on my quilts, it took me a while but I did keep my promiss LOL!! Now, as for your question, I don't think there's an actual link to the book, however it is in English so your aunt will be able to read it. I can give you the ISBN number and maybe you should check on Amazon.Com, they might have it. The author is Brenda Manges Papadakis and the ISBN is 1-881588-15-7.
It was first printed in 1996 and was all the hype at the time. Now that I'm looking through it my enthousiasm is really coming back and I'm itching to go to the attic and get out my cases of fabric I have there.....I want a time machine that creates time for me ;-)
Have a great Sunday, hugs Frea
